Course Description

The Project Management programme provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects across various industries. The course covers the complete project lifecycle, including project planning, scheduling, resource management, budgeting, risk management, quality control, and project monitoring. Learners will apply industry-standard project management practices and complete a practical project to develop real-world project management competencies.

Course Objective
